Short answer
Restart your router and phone, forget and rejoin the network, check Connectivity Assist, and reset network settings as a last resort.
Wi-Fi drops are usually caused by a router setting or a stale saved network, not the phone.
Step-by-step fix
- Restart your router and your iPhone.
- Update iOS to the latest version.
- Settings › Wi-Fi › tap ⓘ next to your network › Forget This Network, then rejoin.
- On the same screen, try switching Private Wi-Fi Address off for your home network.
- Review Connectivity Assist (Settings › Wi-Fi). It's designed to use cellular when Wi-Fi is poor; turn it off if you'd rather stay on Wi-Fi only.
- Update your router's firmware — many older UAE ISP routers benefit.
- Last resort: Settings › General › Transfer or Reset iPhone › Reset › Reset Network Settings.
