With a 60W or higher USB-C adapter that supports Apple's fast charging, iPhone 18 Pro reaches about 50% in roughly 15 minutes. A 35W adapter takes about 30 minutes. Wireless charging tops out at 25W with MagSafe or Qi2.
Charging is one of the quieter iPhone 18 Pro improvements, and one of the most useful.
Charging times
Times are Apple's figures and assume the phone is cool. Charging slows above 80% and in heat.
| Charger | Approx. time to 50% |
|---|---|
| 60W+ USB-C (Apple fast charging) | About 15 minutes |
| 35W USB-C | About 30 minutes |
| 25W MagSafe or Qi2 | Slower than wired; convenient overnight |
| Old 5W or 12W adapter | Much slower — not recommended |
