Order formation
The website acknowledgement confirms receipt of a request, not acceptance or payment. An order is accepted only when Find Next Phone confirms the exact item, final amount, delivery arrangement and payment instructions. We may decline an order affected by stock, pricing or verification error and will not take or retain payment for a declined order.
Trade-in estimates
Online trade-in values are preliminary estimates based on the answers supplied. The final value follows physical inspection, ownership and lock checks. Any adjustment must be explained before the customer accepts the exchange.
Accurate information
Customers must provide accurate contact, delivery and device-condition information. Find Next Phone must provide accurate product, condition, price, warranty and payment information. Mandatory consumer rights apply regardless of these website terms.
