Order confirmation

Submitting an order request does not reserve stock or take payment. Our team confirms the exact variant, final price, delivery address, expected timing and payment route before the order becomes binding.

Safe handover

• An adult recipient may be asked for order identification at handover.
• Inspect the outer package before accepting it and report visible transit damage immediately.
• Do not share one-time passwords, banking credentials or Apple Account passwords with a courier.
• Keep the delivery record and invoice for warranty, returns and future resale.

Delays and failed delivery

Weather, address access, customer availability and inter-emirate logistics can affect timing. If delivery cannot be completed, we will contact you to rearrange it. Any repeat-delivery charge must be disclosed before rescheduling.
